HKBN - 2b Broadband Phone

1.Network Connection
Some network operators may prohibit the use of audio streaming, thus lead to connection failure of the 2b App. Subscriber should enquire his/her network operator in relation to any of such restrictions.
And further there are some networks operators may prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP functionality over their network and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP. Subscriber agrees to learn and abide by his/her network operator's restriction.
HKBN cannot guarantee the service performance nor call quality affected by the data network. We hold no responsibility for the malfunction of 2b App due to any data network connection.

2.Data Charges
Subscriber can use the 2b App from any data network, HKBN will not be held liable for data charges incurred if the Subscriber uses the Service in or outside Hong Kong. It is recommended to use the Service from free WiFi zone for the best value.

3.About WiFi hotspots
Some WiFi hotspots may require Subscribers to login in order to access the connection; Subscribers should on his/her own obtain the WiFi login password and note its terms of service. The connectivity of Subscribers' WiFi service may affect the voice quality

4.Compatible Devices & Software Version

5.Voicemail / Call Divert Service
Voicemail is applicable to selected plans.
2b App cannot receive voicemail notifications. 
2b Voicemail is only available with 2b PC Client installed at Subscriber’s personal computer.
2b App does not support to set Call Divert Service, Subscriber can have such setting via Personal Agent Admin Page http://pa.2b.com.hk

6.Calling to Overseas phone numbers
Making outgoing calls via 2b App to overseas destinations other than Hong Kong will incur IDD long distance calling time and call charges. Subscriber has to register for IDD long distance calling service and bear the corresponding IDD call charges.

7.Making Emergency Calls
Should the Subscriber use the 2b App outside Hong Kong, the Service shall not be able to connect to the local emergency numbers or systems, and Subscriber shall solely bear all the risk and responsibility in this relation. HKBN shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any responsibilities for any failure, loss, damage, risk, or expense in this relation.

8.Hong Kong Local Calls
Subscriber can make unlimited local calls by using the 2b App to any Hong Kong local telephone numbers, except for the usage-based service.

9.Features not available with 2b App 
Features including Voice Mail, Call Divert, Call Waiting, Conference Call, Call Transfer, Video Call, Instant Message & Data Transfer are not supported in 2b App. 
For 2b PC Client Subscribers, please note 2b App cannot synchronize 2b phonebook stored in 2b PC Client.

10.2b App Software Version
The software version 2b App will be updated from time to time to bring you the best service. Please be reminded to get the latest version.
