| PSTN(public switched telephone network) calls rely on traditional phone networks, which may have fluctuations in capacity and quality of termination. | You must ensure that your computer is on and 2b is running in order for the call to come through. If you are not logged into 2b the call will either ring busy or be redirected to Voicemail according to your Voicemail preferences. |
