| If your service package included voicemail, then you are entiltled to such a service. If your service package does not include voicemail, you are more than welcome to go to our website or dail our customer service hotline to upgrade existing service package to another service plan with voicemail. |
| How do I know if I have new messages? |
| The voice mail icon at Main GUI will be flashing to notify you when you have a new voice message. And a voice email will send to your designated email address to notify you. |
| How long could a voice mail be? What is the maximum number of voice messages? |
| Each voicemail can be up to 180 seconds. There are service plans with 30 messages or 50 messages for your selection. Please contact our customer servcie hotline for details. |
| If the capacity of voice message is full, what will happen to the new voice message? |
| If the capacity of voice message is full, the caller will be informed that the mailbox cannot accept message, please try to call again later. That means t he existing messages in mailbox will not be overwritten by new incoming message until you deleted the message to release some space. |
| Can I listen to my voice mail using other phones? |
| Yes, you can call to your voice mail phone number and enter your 2b phone number and PIN according to the voice mail system, then you can get your voice message. |
