To completely uninstall 2b application, you are advised to use the uninstallation program which is downloaded with 2b. If you have deleted or could not find the uninstallation program, you can go to 2b website www.2b.com.hk to download the uninstallation program.
Before uninstall the 2b program, please close all other programs, such as 2b and Outlook etc, before uninstall go ahead. Since the uninstallation may require system reboot.
While you are uninstalling, if you experience an error which mentions “program” is still running. Please make sure the 2b program has been exited. If you are using Win2000 or WinXP, you can verify is there “PCCLauncher.exe” is appeared in the task manager. If it does, please end this process at task manager.
While you are uninstalling, if you experience an error which mentions either“NOCNT2K.DLL” or “NT_IPSECEXT”could not load and installed, then you should double click on “Recovery.exe”program and follow the prompted instructions. After the “Recovery.exe” program has been executed and finished, please execute “uninstall2b.exe”to continue to uninstall the 2b.
