Terms and Conditions of "Monthly Fee Reward" Referral Program:

1. The referee (the “Referee”) of the “Monthly Fee Rebate” Referral Program (the “Program”) shall be the existing customer of Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”) 2b Broadband Phone Service (the “Service”) designated by HKBN.


2. When the Referee refers a new customer (the “New Customer”) to successfully register the service plan of the Service designated by HKBN from time to time, and the New Customer confirms the identification of the Referee and has used the Service for at least one month, and both the HKBN accounts of the New Customer and the Referee have no overdue payment (please see below for details), the Referee will be entitled to the designated monthly fee rebate (the “Monthly Fee Rebate”). On the month of the successful registration by the New Customer and on the subsequent three months, if the New Customer has any overdue payment, or the Referee has not settled the payment for the Service on or before the payment due date, the Referee shall not be entitled to the Monthly Fee Rebate. Even if the New Customer and/ or the Referee (as appropriate) settle any payment subsequently, the Referee will not be entitled to the Monthly Fee Rebate.


3. The Referee understands that HKBN has the final decision on whether to approve the service plan of the Service to any person and/ or to provide the Service and neither the Referee nor the intended New Customer shall have objection.


4. HKBN shall summarize the cases referred by the Referee after the closing date of the Program. The Referee shall be the customer of the Service even after the abovementioned terms and conditions have been satisfied in order to receive the Monthly Fee Rebate. Therefore, if the Referee terminates the Service when the abovementioned terms and conditions have been satisfied and before the Referee shall pay the bill for the Service in the subsequent billing cycle, the Referee shall not be entitled to the Monthly Fee Rebate. If the Referee has any enquiries, the Referee may call the Customer Hotline at 128 1331.


5. When the New Customer successfully registers the service plan of the Service designated by HKBN from time to time, and has confirmed the identity of the Referee, the Referee shall record his/ her 2b phone number in the account of the New Customer for verification purpose. If there is any discrepancy in relation to the identity of the Referee, HKBN shall have the final decision by making reference to the above recorded information.


6. The Monthly Fee Reward is not be exchangeable for cash and is not assignable.


7. HKBN reserves the right to replace the Monthly Fee Rebate with other offers.


8. HKBN may from time to time alter, delay, terminate or cancel the operation of the Program and/or any offers under the Program (in part or in full) without prior notice.


9. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the General Terms and Condition of HKBN. HKBN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and all other relevant terms and conditions. If there is any discrepancy, HKBN reserves the right to make the final decision.
