Why can't I login 2b? (No figure in the 2b main interface, Figure 1)

When I was using 2b, the computer suddenly shut down or disconnected from Internet service. Why can't I login 2b again afterward? (No special popup message)

If I have selected "Remember my password" in the login interface, why can't I login again after I have changed my password, with the popup window indicating "Please fill in your password" (Figure 9) ?
